Rule of Payment
Any kind of payments must be made in advance for our service by our prepaid virtual money, Yen Point (YP) and a member has to have enough YP in your YP account before placing order in order to process the order. One YP is as same in value as one JPY for our service. Only a member can buy it in members area via PayPal, moneybookers, IPMO or wire.

Shopping and Shipping Agent Service
We buy the order in place of a member and ship abroad to him/her.
Shopping is available not at only shops being introduced in this site but at any shops in Japan even if at real shops. All shops are categorized 4 groups; Partner Seller, Top-Rated Seller, Highly-Rated Seller, Non-Rated Seller. The commission depends on the category of shops.
It is possible that one order may contain shopping at several shops. In this case the order will be packaged into one in our office to reduce its shipping charge.

Domestic Shipping Charge and Bank Transfer Fee
Since jp-eShopping covers domestic shipping charge, and bank transfer fee or cash on delivery fee, which cost 840 JPY to 2,100 JPY in general, 1,365 JPY in average instead of you, members don't have to pay for them. In that sense, Shopping Commission of Kinds of Categorized Shops is almost free in fact.

The following three kinds of order in advance can be processed at extra commission. It occurs for a member to pay more commission than the commission of Non-Rated Sellers even if the order is failed.

Pattern and Extra Commission of Order in Advance
Real Shopping
Order to buy at a real shop can be processed at extra commission. It occurs for a member to pay more commission than the commission of Non-Rated Sellers.
Commission for real shopping is based on the city location of the shop and we don't accept order basically when the shop is not located in the area of Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.

The following four kinds of inquiry are available with commission.
Item/Seller Search
We look for a shop which sells what you want to buy. If you have an image file of what you want to buy and show us it through form of inquiry, it help us to find it out easily.
Intermediation between A Member and A Shop
We contact a shop in Japan instead of you regarding your inquiry with commission. You may feel free to ask a shop when they don't understand English.
Quote before Order
We would ask members to estimate the cost of order by themselves as it is easy for all when using Self-Quote/Order Form. But with commission we can also provide a quote if a member wish.
Balance Notification
We notify a member the latest balance by email, every time it changes, for example when buying new YP and when placing order. If the document file of the latest balance is at loss, request to reissue it will be accepted with commission. But we think it is better than reissuing it to buy 800 YP saving extra commission of 210 YP.
