- Sign up from the
sign-up page
for membership paying for setting up your own YP (prepaid points of Yen Point) account by PayPal, moneybookers, IPMO or wire.
YP account is integrated by each email address as its ID. - The latest balance of your YP account and login name and password will be sent to you at the ID email address. It doesn't always work shortly. It sometimes may take in a total period of 4 days maximum.
Shopping Order
- Find and decide what you want to buy via our service.
- Login members area with your own login name and login password.
- Before placing order, you have to have enough YP in your YP account to process your order. Buy YP in members' area via PayPal, moneybookers, IPMO or wire. One YP is as same in value as one JPY for all payments in Japan for instance shopping, shipping and every commission.
- Before purchasing enough YP, you had better to estimate how much YP it will cost for your order.
- Download Self-Quote/Order Form of MS Excel File. Even if you don't equip with your PC the software enable to use MS Excel, don't be worried. You can download complete free and safe software of "Open Office" which is the product of Sun Micro Systems, the main competitor of Micro Soft, and make the user be able to use MS Office Software, for instance MS Word, MS Excel MS Access.
- Fill in the blank fields of Self-Quote/Order Form and immediately you can confirm the cost.
- According to the self-quote, buy more YP than the amount of it. When YP remains, the remaining amount of YP will be pooled for the next order.
- Place order from Order Form equipped in members area. We have two forms; (a) is for the user of Self-Quote/Order Form, (b) is for the not user of it. It is easier and shorter in completing the form to use (a) because it's just uploading the file.
- We accept your order shortly and make a purchase instead of you.
- We notify you the process and/or result of your order by emailing at your ID email address. Even if some are sold out or out of stock in the shop, your order will have been executed for the shopping of the other items without notice or talking-over.
- We pay for them and delivery charge to the shops while also bearing the bank transfer fee.
Shipping
- We receive the package from the shops.
- We open the package to identify the packet content as your order, and pack it again. Please note it is not goods inspection. It's only a confirmation of the content and your order.
- We pay shipping charge at the post office and ship it to your shipping address basically by EMS (Express Mail Service). If it is heavy and you prefer cheaper shipment, SAL and cargo ship are also available for the option, which takes more days till arrival than EMS.
- We notify you at your ID email address the result of your order and the latest balance of your YP account.
- You receive the order 10-14 days after placing order in average in case of shipping by EMS.
